The China International Medical Equipment Exhibition (CIMEE), also known as the Bohai Rim Medical Expo, is a medical industry exhibition co hosted by the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, and other organizations from June 25 to 27, 2015. It is organized by the Tianjin Science and Technology Commission and other units, and held at the Tianjin Binhai International Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition has been held for four consecutive sessions, with a cumulative exhibition area of over 60000 square meters, attracting thousands of companies to participate, over 100000 professional visitors, and a turnover of tens of billions of yuan. The 2015 exhibition is expected to have an exhibition area of 20000 square meters, attracting over 600 exhibitors and more than 50000 visitors. The exhibition covers medical devices, diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, medical information technology, and other sectors. At the same time, international bioeconomy conferences and high-level forums, technology docking, and other activities are held. American brands such as GE, Neusoft and Lanyun participated in the exhibition. Sang Guowei, academician of the CAE Member, attended all previous exhibitions.
